METHODS OF COEXISTENCE AND THEIR RELATIONSHIP TO ENVIRONMENTAL CHANGES AMONG RESIDENTS OF THE HELWAN INDUSTRIAL ZONE

Abstract

The study aimed to reveal the impact of environmental changes on the methods of coexistence among the residents of the Helwan Industrial Area and how to deal with and ways to adapt to these changes. A sample of the residents of the Helwan Industrial Area was also selected, and they were selected randomly to achieve the best results that achieve the objectives of the study. The current study also aimed to verify the hypotheses and answer the questions raised about the negative effects of environmental changes and their relationship to methods of coexistence, and to identify the factors affecting human physiological comfort, especially those related to environmental and climatic changes, such as a change in temperature and its impact on individuals. A scale was prepared for that. The study showed several results, the most important of which are: the existence of a direct correlation between environmental changes and the ability to promote positive thinking from the point of view of the sample members. It also found that there is a statistically significant correlation between awareness of environmental changes among the sample members and helping others, and there is a statistically significant correlation. Between awareness of environmental changes and the emotional aspect, and there is a statistically significant correlation between awareness of environmental changes among sample members and avoidance.
