Abstract

The research aimed to identify the impact of applying digital transformation on the sustainable performance of human resources by applying it to the employees of the Supreme Council of Al-Azhar Al-Sharif.
In order to achieve the goal of the research, a questionnaire was designed for the research variables, and the descriptive analytical method was used toverify the validity or invalidity of the proposed research hypotheses.
The results:
Some departments in sustainable performance management (human resources) use new administrative patterns to keep pace with technology, and employee data is recorded in a modern technical manner. The institution has an information technology unit; This is to qualify employees and leaders. The Foundation is always developing its communication networks; In order to reach all its employees quickly and easily.
Recommendations:
Develop clear and explicit plans for the periodic maintenance of programs and their continuous updating, and that they have a clear computer item.
Publish reports on social and environmental performance indicators, whether for the institution or for the Human Resources Department in particular, on a regular basis.
