Abstract

The study aimed to identify the concept of entrepreneurship in general and its development at a time when the world is experiencing numerous economic, social and environmental crises. Recently, entrepreneurship has attracted more attention to the role that entrepreneurs can play in achieving sustainable development goals. In order to achieve this, researchers and politicians have been interested in providing appropriate support and incentives for these entrepreneurial activities, what has been called an entrepreneurial ecosystem. Although there are common points between SMEs and entrepreneurship, there are differences regarding high risk, modernity and creativity of products or services provided to the market. This requires some special elements to encourage these pioneers to take risks and expand their projects related to sustainable development goals on both the social and environmental tracks. With the new research orientation in linking entrepreneurship with sustainable development goals, it has become important to examine concepts in this area and also identify the most influential elements in sustainable entrepreneurship.
In addition, the Egyptian Government's has strong recent trend to adopt policies supporting green economy transition processes and create new investment opportunities that adopt environmental sustainability standards and reduce the negative impact of climate change by reducing carbon emissions within the framework of sustainable development goals, particularly environmental objectives. Actors in this area include the private sector and entrepreneurs with ideas to protect the environment and reduce pollution rates through creative solutions and green innovations in various sectors such as agriculture, transport, energy, tourism and construction through green trading, support of green supply chains, and provision of a stimulating legislative environment for leveraging and investment partners. There are a number of areas of investment with an environmental dimension, such as projects for the conversion of successors to energy, which are known as biogas, investment in agricultural waste, natural fertilizer and the optimal economic exploitation of natural reserves and ecotourism, as well as the use of residues in construction and the reduction of emissions through green architecture. In the light of this shift at the level of government policies and the resulting entrepreneurial practices developed in different fields of the environment "Scientific research has shifted to attention to changes and to allow researchers to know the motivations and the goals of these pioneers to adopt green projects, Study the main catalysts on the one hand to adopt these projects as well as identify the elements to be available in the environment of these projects in order to reduce the risk rate and reduce the large failure rate faced by entrepreneurs and drive them out of the market.
