Abstract

This study aimed to reveal the effectiveness of a training program based on the Pentagram Strategy in developing the concepts of green management, and solving problems for government managers at the Public Administration Center in the regulatory system, and a list of creative problem -solving skills, and the trainee's work guide, The trainee's work manual included a number of local and global environmental issues, and it was implemented over a period of five days, with two sessions per day. In order to measure the effectiveness of the training program, managers of government sectors, the experimental group, in he two scales of green management concepts and problem solving skills as a whole, the post-application, which indicates the independent variable-based on the Pentagram Strategy at the level of the two dependent  variables-green-management concepts, and project skills for  problems in the research group, - test environmental literacy scale, in favor of the post-test., and the research results recommended, Focusing on caring for human resources and consolidating the concept of green human resources because of its positive impact on performance development, directing the authors of training content to develop training by restructuring it to keep pace with modern global trends in the field of sustainability.
