A PROPOSED FRAMEWORK OF HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT FOR REDUCING ENIRONMENTAL OPERATION RISKS

Abstract

This study aims to measure the impact of a proposed framework for managing human resources for the purpose of reducing environmental risks and improve institutional performance. The study is applied on a sample of workers in the field of human resources in Egypt Company for Pharmaceutical Trade. For achieving the study objectives, the study uses a questionaire form through holding interviews as study tool for measuring the study samples' attitude towards study variables. In this study, the researchers count on using a mixture between the deductive and inductive methods through the theoritical framework of the study. These tools are utilized in the study to analyze data: averages, standard deviation, simple regression analysis, for testing hypotheses of the study. The study samples consists of (30) items which is the number of the correct valid forms, coming out to several results and recommendations.
The study results are stated as follows: there is a statistically significant correlation between the effectiveness of human resources management and improving the institutional performance of employees in the human resources' field in the Egyptian Company for Pharmaceutical Trade. There is a statistically significant correlation between reducing the environmenatal risks of operation and the improvement of institutional performance between workers in human resources' field in the Egyptian Company for Pharmaceutical Trade.
