Abstract

The kindergarten stage is the main supporter of the development of aspects of physical, social ,psychological and cognitive development in children of early childhood .As these children are characterized by a special nature and differ from others due to a deviation in their physical ,mental ,emotional or social characteristics, this requires special educational and environmental services their abilities and potentials ,the study aimed to identify the relationship between environmental and psychological factors and children of hyperactivity and developmental learning difficulties .The researchers selected a sample of 300 male and female children from three shools. The sample was randomized and after applying the measures,it was 60 individuals in the 3:6 age group the researchers used the descriptive approach and applied the following measures: (rapid neurological survey scale), (DSM-IV) and (questionnaire application of environmental and psychological factor). The study reached some results,a statistical function between environmental factors ,hyperactivity children and developmental learning diffcultes. The study also issued a number of recommendations, the factors suffered by children, provide appropriate possibilities , and take into account individual differences among children in kindergartens with the need and wishes of children .
