Climatology focuses on climate variability and weather phenomena and their impacts on various activities. Climate can be defined as the average weather conditions at a given place and time Climate can also be described through statistical descriptions and the variability of relevant elements such as temperature, precipitation, atmospheric pressure, humidity, and wind, or through a group of elements such as weather phenomena that typically occur over a period of time. This research aims to propose or devise legal and administrative mechanisms for the issue of environmental protection and international responsibility in the law of international relations in general and among members of the international community in particular. In order to achieve the objectives of the research, the study was supported by global rates and indicators that clarify and demonstrate that impact on the global climate, based on the legal texts that came in international documents and treaties and the various resolutions and documents issued by the United Nations and other relevant organizations. Among the most important results: The countries of the world do not rely on sustainable development data as a basis for exploiting natural resources, which has led to environmental deterioration and exacerbation of the phenomenon of climate change. Among the most important recommendations: the need to oblige countries to regulate activities that violate international legal regulation of climate protection, the need to adopt legal rules regulating the reduction of emissions from all countries, and stipulating determining the percentage required for this reduction from each individual in each country.
