THE IMPACT OF ETHICS MANAGEMENT ON ACHIEVING SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT - AN EMPIRICAL STUDY ON THE NATIONAL POSTAL AUTHORITY

Abstract

The aim of the research is to identify the extent of the contribution of our managing partners in achieving company development in the National Postal Authority by explaining to shareholders who managers are, its dimensions (private culture - individuals - organized systems) on achieving social development in its dimensions (economic dimension - social dimensions - other dimensions - Technology dimension) at the National Postal Service. The theoretical rooting was done through the inductive approach, from books, references, and Arab and foreign studies, then conducting a field study by designing a survey list and directing it to a sample of gentlemen who deal with the actual and professional reality of the research problem for the purpose of identifying and analyzing their opinions and learning about the role played by management ethics. In achieving sustainable development. This was done by using some appropriate statistical, descriptive and   inferential methods to test the validity of the research hypotheses. The results of the research concluded that there is a statistically significant impact of management ethics at the National Postal Service on achieving sustainable development. The research recommends many recommendations, the most important of which are: enhancing awareness and training about the concept of sustainable development and its importance. – Limiting activities that conflict with achieving sustainable development.
