The research aimed to study the impact of non-communicable diseases on the performance of employees, and to identify methods and ways of avoiding and preventing non-communicable diseases by following a lifestyle that helps avoid contracting non-communicable diseases to improve the performance of employees within agencies, as well as to save the wasted costs that agencies bear for treatment, but rather invest those costs to achieve An increase in production, as well as achieving the desired economic growth, identifying factors that increase the productivity of those infected with non-communicable diseases in organizations, and clarifying the importance of health education for those infected and their family members as an essential pillar of treatment. The research found that there is a statistically significant effect of the nutritional awareness dimension on Job performance. There is a statistically significant effect of the nutritional counseling dimension on job performance. There is a statistically significant effect of the nutritional education dimension on job performance, and there is a statistically significant effect of the commitment to proper nutrition programs dimension on job performance.
