THE EFFECT OF IMPLEMENTING TOTAL QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM ON ENVIRONMENTAL VARIABLES FIELD STUDY ON SOME TOURIST ESTABLISHMENTS IN EGYPT

Abstract

This research aims to identify the dimensions of total quality management, which are: (top management commitment - continuous improvement - customer focus - training and motivating employees - empowering employees - organizational culture - strategic planning), and to study the sources of environmental variables in their dimensions, after the internal environment, which includes: (leadership style - organizational culture - incentives - communication style - training - participation in decision-making - physical environment) - after the external environment, which includes: (political and legal variables - economic variables - social variables - technical and technological variables) facing workers in tourism companies, and to determine the relative importance of each dimension of total quality management, and the extent to which each of them is related to environmental variables, and to know the extent of the impact of applying the total quality management system on environmental variables, and to provide some recommendations and suggestions to administrative leaders regarding the importance of total quality management and its role in increasing the level of environmental variables in the tourism companies under study.
