Abstract

The research aimed to identify the relationship between emotional deprivation and language development in children and to identify the extent of the impact of emotional deprivation on language development on male and female children in the study sample and to identify the most reasons that contribute to emotional deprivation of children. This study used the descriptive analytical approach to reach the objectives of the study and the scale of emotional deprivation was designed by the researcher to clarify the most important results and the relationship between emotional deprivation and language development and was applied to the basic study sample. The results of the study indicated a correlation between emotional deprivation and the language development for children in different environments, including random environment and other upscale. The Research recommended the work of a counseling program to improve language development in children, and the work of a counseling program to improve the level of expressive language and receptive language in children, as well as a counseling program to reduce emotional deprivation in the families of children in early childhood and its impact on the language development of their children.
