AN EVALUATION STUDY OF STUDENT’S AWARENESS OF THE CORONA PANDEMIC AND ITS RELATIONSHIP TO THEIR BEHAVIOR

Abstract

The study aims to evaluate the awareness of students of the Faculty of Business, Ain Shams University, of the Corona pandemic and its relationship to their behavior, and the study followed the descriptive survey approach, and the tool was represented in the awareness and behavior scales prepared by the researcher, where the scale was used in accordance with the nature of the current study, and the awareness scale consisted of 22 items, while the behavior scale consisted of 20 singles, and the study was applied to a sample of (400) male and female students from the Faculty of Business, Ain Shams University, English Language Division, where Dividing it into (100) students from each group and the results of the study showed that the level of awareness of university students came at an average rate, and the results showed that there were statistically significant differences between the scores of males and females in the awareness scale in favor of a sample (males).
With regard to the behavior scale, the results of the study indicated that the level of behavior was also average for them, while there were no significant differences between the scores of males and females in the behavior scale. 
The results also showed that there were no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) between the average scores of the academic teams, except for the second and third year, where there are statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) in favor of the second year sample in the awareness and behavior scale
