Abstract

The research aimed to identify the impact of digital transformation in developing the quality of the educational environment by applying it to the Tabbin Educational Administration in Cairo Governorate, as well as identifying the relationship between digital transformation and improving and developing administrative performance, as well as identifying the requirements for implementing digital transformation in the administration. To achieve the objectives of the research, a questionnaire form was designed. Distributing it to the study sample of officials and administration workers. The researchers used the descriptive analytical approach to complete the study, and appropriate statistical tests to test the validity of the hypotheses and answer the study’s questions. The results of the study concluded that there is a statistically significant correlation between digital transformation and the development of the quality of the educational environment in terms of the environment. Technology and the educational environment. It was also shown that there is a relationship between digital transformation and the development of the administrative performance of employees in the administration. Considering the results of the study, several recommendations were concluded, the most important of which are: interest in adopting and applying digital transformation in a sustainable manner for its role in improving and developing the educational environment, as well as working on continuous development.
