Abstract

The research aims to create an application to track and monitor cases of Coronavirus infection and those who have been in contact with those infected. The Corona pandemic has greatly affected the workforce and treatment costs around the world, leading to significant changes in the labor market, with the number of jobs reduced in some sectors and increased in others. For example, more healthcare and technical workers have been hired to support healthcare efforts, and the workforce has been greatly impacted by restrictions and closures imposed by governments to limit the spread of the virus. Many businesses and institutions have closed, leading to job losses and the deterioration of local and global economies. On the other hand, treatment costs have increased significantly due to the Corona pandemic. These costs included developing and testing vaccines, purchasing medical equipment, and providing health care to those infected. Large financial burdens have been placed on governments and health institutions due to the increased demand for health services and treatment. These burdens required the allocation of additional resources to meet emergency medical needs. To achieve the research objectives, the inductive and deductive approach was used, and a survey list was designed. It confirms the stability and validity of the survey list, and its suitability for application to a random sample for research. It was treated to test the research hypothesis and analyze the results. The statistical results of the research resulted using The SPSS program revealed that there is a fundamental relationship between the tracking application and monitoring of cases of infection with the Corona virus and the contacts of infected people and its economic impact on the workforce and treatment costs. The most important recommendations of the research were the necessity of relying on the tracking application for social distancing and enhancing its capabilities in using technology and working remotely and the necessity of developing the skills of the workforce to keep pace with this. Changes: The health insurance system must be strengthened and improved to ensure the availability of the necessary health care for individuals infected with Corona and others. Health insurance should include covering the costs of tests, treatment, and medications related to the virus.
