Abstract

The phenomenon of corruption is a complex phenomenon in which social dimensions and policies are intertwined. They are manifested in various and overlapping forms and tasks that have helped to emerge and spread in small communities. Factors and causes: lack of good governance practices, lack of accountability and transparency, weak public policies and lack of historical values Social, psychological and legislative studies of administrative corruption in the government sector by applying to the administrative function descriptive analytical staff based on descriptive analytical methodology and social extraction by sample, The researchers found that there is a statistically significant relationship between the social variables and both the giddy and the tolerant. There is a statistically significant difference between the views of the study sample in the social and legislative variables according to the post (middle administration - Depending on the type, according to the job, and according to the years of experience. The researchers raised the role of senior management by intensifying efforts to contain and control the problem of corruption.
