Abstract

 
This study aims to achieve multiple objectives, including evaluating the level of interest of renewable energy companies in business process reengineering and the implementation of green supply chain management. The study also aims to determine the impact of business process reengineering on green supply chain management in these companies and to provide recommendations based on the study's results to the companies' managers with the aim of generalizing and practically implementing them. The descriptive analytical method and survey questionnaire were used to collect data from employees in the two companies. Through data analysis, results were obtained showing a statistically significant impact of factors such as the nature of organizational structure, organizational processes and activities, use of information technology, and performance improvement on green supply chain management. Based on these results, the study offers important recommendations to enhance organizational structure, improve product design, and use information technology more effectively in the context of green supply chains.
