The purpose of the current research is to raise awareness of the principles of environmental justice among students of the Faculty of Media at Cairo University;. To achieve this, the researchers used  experimental method with pre/post-tests, and applied research tools that consist of a scale to measure awareness of environmental justice principles after verifying its validity and reliability scientifically on a group of third-year students at the Faculty of Media, Cairo University. Statistical treatment of the research group's scores was carried out using the T-Test, Correlation Coefficient, and Regression Coefficient to test the research hypotheses. The results showed the effectiveness of the proposed media education program in developing awareness of environmental justice principles. The study recommended the inclusion of environmental justice concepts, issues, and dimensions in the media education curriculum, as well as the implementation of the curriculum using the negotiation approach. These dimensions are part of the media education course taught in the third year, and it is important to focus on practical programs, conferences, and workshops that are concerned with achieving and developing the environmental dimension.
