Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between the use of information technology in the work environment, social interaction patterns and social relations, as well as determining the relationship between social interaction and social relations and the development of creativity among employees. The present study adopts the social survey methodology in the quality of mass and sample. The current study is based on the following two tools: Social interaction patterns, and the second questionnaire on the use of information technology in the work environment. The sample of the study consisted of a comprehensive inventory of both employees and faculty members of the two branches of the Workers' (0.05) between the organizational structure in the work environment and the use of information technology. There is also a weak positive correlation relationship at a significant level (0.05) between the organizational structure in the work environment and the use of information technology. Central interaction patterns between the employees in the work environment and the use of information technology. There is also a weak positive correlation between (0.05) between the types of interaction among workers in the systems and instructions in the work environment and the use of information technology. (0.05) between the types of interaction between the employees in the training in the work environment and the use of information technology. The main recommendations of the study were to emphasize the importance of training the university staff in the use of information technology means and to provide financial support to IT centers for their importance in the process of change to the use of information technology In the management of human resources, as well as work on the provision of IT infrastructure in the university.
