Abstract

The current study aimed to use the balanced scorecard in improving the quality of educational services and the extent to which some of the schools under study apply the concepts of using this card and the effectiveness of the performance of educational institutions, in view of the various challenges that exist in public institutions, especially educational institutions, which are considered one of the important foundations for the growth and development of institutional management. As the interest in developing performance increased, whether at the level of academic thought or at the level of actual application in all countries, therefore, the researchers prepared a survey form containing several axes, including environmental planning, environmental sustainability, capabilities, environmental performance, and an axis to improve the quality of educational services, for some workers in private schools in the governorate Cairo, the researchers relied on the inductive and deductive approach through the method of theoretical and field study. And improving the quality of educational services. The study recommended the need to work on using the balanced scorecard with its dimensions and to take the necessary measures to improve the quality of educational services provided to students.
