Abstract

The research aims to study the effectiveness of the focus group method in developing the ability to make environmental decisions and solve environmental problems among workers in Al-Maasra district. After the research experiment, and the application of research tools on three groups of employees working in Al-Maasara district, then the application of research tools using the focus group method on the three groups of employees working in Al-Maasara district, and after applying the research tools, the results of the research showed that there was a statistically significant difference between the mean scores The three groups in the post application in favor of the post application, which confirms the effectiveness of using the groups method Focal focus in developing environmental decision-making skills and solving environmental problems. The research recommended using the focus group method in scientific research and skills development to achieve interactivity and improve skills and abilities.
