THE ROLE OF PROFESSIONAL TRAINING ACCORDING TO THE DEMING MODEL OF TOTAL QUALITY IN DEVELOPING THE JOB PERFORMANCE OF PRIVATE SCHOOL PRINCIPALS

Abstract

The study aimed to "determine the role of professional training to develop the job performance of private school principals according to the Deming model of total quality." The researcher dealt with a presentation of the population and sample of the study, in addition to a description of the study variables, then clarifying the statistical methods used in the analysis. And the implementation of the survey list directed to the sample items, which amounted to (55) items, and statistical analysis was used to verify the validity of the study’s hypotheses. According to Deming's Total Quality Model, the alternative hypothesis is accepted that there is a statistically significant relationship between professional training and job performance development for private school principals according to Deming's Total Quality Model.

The study reached a number of recommendations, the most important of which were, Increasing the attention to focus on serving the training programs to the training needs to a high degree during the implementation of the training Programs. The necessity of paying attention to the use of effective training strategies in the process of identifying training needs based on the concepts and objectives of total quality, and then applying them in educational institutions
