Abstract

This research aimed to study the role of crisis management in the Egyptian Ambulance Authority in facing environmental crises. Confronting the environmental crises in the Egyptian Ambulance Authority, which may be due to the weakness of crisis management from the administrative point of view in the sector. In this research, the researchers relied on the descriptive approach, through the method of theoretical study and the field study. The researchers used a survey list that was prepared for the purpose of collecting data according to the research variables. The researchers also verified the validity and reliability of the scale, while simple and multiple regression analysis was used to analyze the data of the field study using the research sample consisting of 315 individuals. The researchers also concluded the importance of crisis management to support facing environmental crises in the Egyptian Ambulance Authority, and the researchers recommended a number of the most important recommendations Ha: Working on detecting early warning signs and developing the skills of the Authority's employees, which supports facing environmental crises, and preparing effective training programs in the Authority to achieve environmental goals and objectives that help in facing environmental crises..
