Abstract

The study aims to highlight the importance of the role of ethical leadership in the work environment and empower workers in light of environmental requirements and increase their ability to survive, grow and compete, and because private education occupies one of the most important sectors in the development process, which prompted senior management in the private education sector to pay attention to ethical leadership, which is among the most important elements of human resources, which requires knowing the relationship between ethical leadership and the performance of workers in the private education sector, the study contained a sample of employees in institutes To achieve the objective of the study, a questionnaire form was prepared to identify (the extent to which employees make fair and balanced decisions, develop performance at work, encourage workers to create, innovate and renew). The results of the study showed that there are statistically significant differences between ethical leadership in the work environment and the empowerment of workers in private institutes, and the study recommended the need to attract outstanding talents and competencies in the important areas needed by the educational institution in coordination with the Human Resources Department of the institution.
