Abstract

This study aimed to identify the relationship between media management and public relations, and the positive mental image of the work environment. The main objective of the study is achieved by shedding light on a set of sub-objectives represented in examining the relationship between media management and public relations and between: the physical work environment, environmental performance, balance between personal life and work life, and social relations.
This study relied on the analytical descriptive approach to reach its objectives set by the researcher, and this approach was built on a combination of theoretical study and field study to reach an effective framework that links them to each other. The researcher designed a survey list that was distributed to the engineers, financiers, administrators, and legal persons who work in the Misr Company for Armed Cement Works, numbering 284 individuals. The general results of the study showed the validity, validity and effectiveness of the proposed study model.
