DYNAMICS OF ENVIRONMENTAL ADJUSTMENT OF BREADWINNER WOMAN (IN RURAL AND URBAN AREAS)

Abstract

This present study drives at exploring the dynamics of environmental adjustment of the breadwinner woman and reaching strategic suggestions contribute activating study results.. The study sample consists of (100) breadwinner women for the questionnaire form and (30) case study items. The sample is selected randomly from different governorates divided into urban environment (Cairo – Giza) governorates and (Al-Fayoum and Menofia) governorates representing the rural sample. The study uses the social survey of sample and the case study method. It is a qualitative (descriptive) – analytical study using two different questionnaire forms and the case study for collecting data from women, breadwinners in both rural; and urban backgrounds.
As the study population. The study results come as follows:
1-   Study results show that breadwinner women are not specified to particular age stage which denotes their lasting suffering.
2-   The study shows that the married breadwinner women is the highest rate, followed by deserted women, then single women either in rural or urban areas.
3-   The study shows that most of breadwinner women are illiterate, followed by the middle or above-middle education.
4-   lots of problems the breadwinner woman faces lead to anxiety, intolerance and others.
5-   Results show the negative impact of relationship between the breadwinner woman and her family, relatives, friends, and employers.
6-   Results indicate that the bad unsound economic circumstances create troubles and affect negatively the psychological state of woman.
7-   The case study shows that the breadwinner woman feels extremely and disturbed anxious and suffering risks of diseases.
8-   Results show that breadwinner woman suffer educational problems with her children affect their educational adjustment.
