Abstract

 
This study aims to know the extent of the impact of administrative empowerment on total quality in hospitals, and to reach recommendations and suggestions regarding the level of administrative empowerment and the upgrading of the level of total quality management, which leads to the development of the level of service provided to patients, and in order to achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire was designed aimed at the field study of variables The problem of the study in order to test the hypotheses, so that the study population consists of workers at all administrative levels (department managers, heads of departments, employees, service workers.
This study reached several results, the most important of which is the existence of a direct correlation with a statistical significance between the independent variables and the dependent variable, as follows: There is a direct relationship between all dimensions of administrative empowerment (delegation of authority, motivation, employee participation, team communication), and total quality management in Ain Hospital. Shams Specialist, and the results of the study proved that all dimensions of administrative empowerment applied within the hospital had reached high levels, but they did not reach the level of excellence, except for the dimension of motivation, which was applied within the hospital very high. Applied at Ain Shams University Specialized Hospital with a “high” degree.
This study recommends the need to develop communication systems in the hospital so as to allow communication with all its employees and provide opportunities for them to present their suggestions and ideas towards work and encourage them in the decision-making process with flexibility and ease, and to delegate decision-making authority to lower administrative levels and to take immediate and continuous corrective measures without referring to the direct manager Involve them in setting goals and future plans.
