THE IMPACT OF APPLYING SUSTAINABLE LEADERSHIP ON ORGANIZATIONAL FLEXIBILITY IN LIGHT OF EGYPT’S 2030 VISION FOR SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT

Abstract

 
The aim of the research is to measure the impact of applying sustainable leadership on organizational flexibility in light of Egypt's 2030 vision for sustainable development, In order to achieve the objectives of the research, the descriptive analytical method was used depending on the answers of the research sample and on the data that was made through the questionnaire, which is the tool used and which was distributed to a sample of some private higher institutes, and the hypotheses were statistically tested using the SPSS statistical program.
The research concluded To apply the dimensions of sustainable leadership represented in the development of human and material resources, long-term goals, creativity and innovation, organizational culture, social and environmental responsibility, are applied to a “high” degree at the general level in the private institutes in question, and the research recommends training academic and administrative leaders on Sustainability and completion of work at the highest quality and at the lowest possible cost, using modern scientific methods. The organizational structures of those institutes need continuous development and improvement to allow easy decision-making, the ability to deal with the increasing pressure in a consistent manner between internal units, ease of information transmission, and consistency with the nature of work.
