Abstract

Given the increasing interest in nuclear issues and their impact on the environment has been the work of this study to link the laws of nuclear legislation and between the Egyptian Environmental Law, and also to the International Organization for Standardization standards (ISO14000) and to the work of an environmental record, Therefore the use of descriptive and analytical approach through the field visits also appetizers and personal the access to records existing facilities of separation facilities and concentration of radioactive minerals from coastal sediments of the Egyptian Nuclear Materials Authority the current situation, and according to the standards of nuclear and requirements and the observance of laws and other domestic and international legislation under its facilities, results of the study The study showed the need for integration between environmental law and the laws under her property in order to protect society and the environment, nuclear legislation, and the need for environmental record and sticking to it in accordance with laws and nuclear legislation has shown 'as well as show the results of the study need to work monitoring stations be fixed to the work of periodically measurements of emissions in accordance with the standards of the international Atomic energy Agency, And also the need to update the environmental record data on a regular basis in accordance with the provisions of the legislation governing nuclear activities and laws, and the need to determine the responsibility that lies with competent people follow up and to measure environmental record as provided for in the laws and regulations under its facilities.
