Abstract

This study aimed to identify the social and environmental impacts of brick-making (Clay - the cement) in Beni Suef and environmental pollution caused by the brick industry using remote sensing and geographic information systems also pays due attention to many of the studies on the brick industry, geographic distribution, and provide the necessary raw materials for the industry and environmental effects brick-making, where there is scarcity of social and environmental studies on the brick industry using remote sensing and geographic information systems Thus began the current study where the study attempts to know and identify the most important social and environmental impacts (such as the impact of the economic and social conditions on the acceptance of non-decent work - the contribution of brick factories the emergence of regions and population centers and new seeds manifestations of urbanization and urbanization distorted - worker feeling of humiliation, frustration and lack of social appreciation - the daily work trip for workers in this industry from their accommodation of factories problems - read out the air - the change in the Earth's surface form as a result of quarrying and extraction of the child processes) study showed the study that pollution from clay brick industry affects the environment and the workers of this factory and the community has environmental and economic impacts and the application on the brick factories (Clay - the cement) in Beni Suef using remote sensing and geographic information systems-
