A PROPOSED FRAMEWORK FOR THE PROVISION OF SERVICES PROVIDED TO THE SERVICES PROVIDED FOR TREATMENT TO THE STATE IN LIGHT OF EGYPT'S STRATEGIC VISION 2030

Abstract

This study aimed to prepare an applied model to study a proposed framework to improve the quality of services provided to treatment patients at the expense of the state in light of Egypt's strategic vision 2030,Which achieves the greatest benefit for individuals from the availability of health services of high quality and low cost, as well as achieving the principle of social justice in treating individuals according to what is stated in the constitution that every citizen has the right to health and to integrated health care in accordance with quality standards and the state guarantees the maintenance of service facilities Public health services that provide services to the people, support them, and work to raise their efficiency and equitable geographical spread
The study also relied on the analytical approach in the practical aspect, depending on the answers of the study sample and on the data of the study that was carried out through a survey form that was distributed to a random sample of patients and employees of the Egyptian Company for Blood Transfusion Services, which numbered 280 forms, of which 262 were retrieved The number of valid ones for analysis is 250 forms Whereas, the survey questionnaire is the tool used to achieve the objectives of the study by testing hypotheses statistically using the SPSS statistical program.
The study concluded that there is a statistically significant trend about improving the quality of services provided to treatment patients at the expense of the state, at a level of significance of 0.05, and a statistically significant trend about Egypt's Strategic Vision 2030 (Health and Social Justice) at a significant level of 0.05 and the presence of a trend with Statistical significance about the importance of management information systems at the level of significance 0.05 and the presence of a statistically significant effect of the importance of management information systems and Egypt Vision 2030 (Health and Social Justice) on improving the quality of services provided to treatment patients at the expense of the state, at a level of significance of 0.05
The study recommends raising awareness among individuals about the importance of management information systems, as well as providing all means to raise the efficiency of workers and increase their awareness, the necessity of  holding training courses revolving around the applications of management information systems, holding workshops that will train workers on information systems applications،  the need to pay attention to developing treatment decisions At the expense of the state in Egypt more than what is currently available in terms of the availability of all medicines and all services without cost to the patient, the need to increase the effort made by the government, by adding some specialties to the existing list In order to achieve the principle of social justice among individuals.
