Abstract

The aim of the research is to identify the role of human resources management in evaluating the performance of employees to improve the work environment within three competing Egyptian companies in the field of electrical appliances, as well as knowing the methods, standards and administrative models used to evaluate the performance of employees, as well as the extent of the contribution of human resources management to improving the work environment, and monitoring The environmental effects resulting from industrial activities and their impact on the performance of workers, given the importance and role of human resources management within various institutions in selecting and selecting the appropriate human element for work and evaluating the performance of workers using scientific administrative methods in evaluation, which leads to ensuring the improvement of the work environment and achieving the highest rates of human and economic growth. To achieve the research objectives, a questionnaire was designed and distributed to three human resources departments for three industrial companies competing in products; The researchers used the descriptive analytical approach to complete the study, and the appropriate statistical tests to test the validity of hypotheses and answer questions The study, and the study concluded that there is a statistically significant relationship between human resources management and employee performance evaluation to improve the work environment and in light of the findings of the study, the study concluded several recommendations, the most important of which are: the need to update the tools and standards used in the performance evaluation process,
