THE IMPACT OF THE ARAB FREE TRADE AGREEMENT AND THE EUROPEAN PARTICIPATION IN ACHIEVING SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT IN EGYPT

The study aims to study and analyze the impact of the regional trade agreements on Egypt. The most important of these are the Egyptian-European Partnership Agreements and the Arab Free Trade Agreement and the application of the study variables from 1990 to 2016 on the study variables which are the indicators and criteria of sustainable development that were selected (detailed in the introduction) Descriptive statistics (Mean and Standard Deviation) - To compare between the two conventions through the variables before and after application in the Arab Republic of Egypt where the method of applied study was based on study and analysis Indicators of sustainable development during the period and then determine whether there is a difference between their values ​​before and after the implementation of the conventions. The applied study in the test of the research hypotheses depends on two parallel trends:
- The first trend: Based on the impact of the Arab Free Trade Agreement on the indicators of sustainable economic, social and environmental development.
- The second trend: to test the impact of the European Partnership Agreement on indicators of sustainable economic, social and environmental development.
And the most important findings of the researchers that there is no substantive impact of the Arab Free Trade Agreement on the economic development of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and for the European partnership was accepted the imposition of nothingness.
