This study belongs to the pattern of descriptive studies, which aims to describe the environmental dimensions of corporate and its impact on social welfare programs in orphans institutions, as study aims to identify institutional and environmental dimensions that can support social care programs for orphaned children and the importance of recognizing the impact of environmental dimensions of institutional programs social welfare and the extent to which orphans care institutions to the implementation of these programs, and pursues the study of social survey overall quality and curriculum of the sample, and the goal of comprehensive inventory of all social workers and employees of the institution under study, and the number (80 a social worker and the worker Corporation), social sample survey for orphaned children residing establish permanent within residential institutions under study, and the number (60 orphan), has been relying on data collection (questionnaire for social workers and employees of the institution - and questionnaires for children living in institutions in question) were the most important results of the study indicate that there is a lack of services and social welfare programs sponsored by by institutions under study, and there is a lack of health care for orphaned children within the institution, as the results indicate the lack of a dedicated space for exercise programs and various activities within the organization, and with a lack of funding sources necessary to provide program development and implementation, as the study found that institutions under study relatively isolated from the normal pattern of relationships within the community.
