Abstract

The aim of the research is to analyze and understand the relationship between the independent variable, the components of green human resource management practices and the dependent variable, the dimensions of sustainable development. The research problem was to answer the question: What is the role of the components of green human resource management practices in achieving sustainable development? The research reached many results that depended on the results of the statistical study from the opinions of the research sample in the organization in question, which was represented by the heads of the institutes and research departments of the National Research Center, which amounted to (104) respondents using the questionnaire form prepared for this purpose, and after collecting and analyzing the data statistically using a group of Statistical tools, including F-Test and T-Test, which are associated with the two methods of regression analysis and multiple correlation analysis, a set of results were obtained crystallized with conclusions from them. The green work that can be obtained by applying the components of green human resource management practices is the essence of achieving the dimensions of development sustainable. While the most important recommendations were to pay attention and raise awareness towards the elements of green human resource management practices to preserve the environment and achieve the dimensions of sustainable development.
