Abstract

The research aims to reveal the nature of the relationship between job performance and the development of the skills of workers in labor institutions, by identifying mechanisms for developing the skills of workers in the institution, and identifying the policies and procedures of the institution in improving the performance of workers. Determining the obstacles to the job performance of the employees of the institution. This research belonged to the analytical descriptive research style, and followed the approach of social survey by sample for workers in the labor organization, where it was represented in a simple random sample of (83) individuals. Through training and motivation and improving their job performance, it also confirmed the existence of a strong, substantial, and statistically significant direct relationship at the level of significance (α 0.05 ≥) between job performance and mechanisms for developing the skills of workers in labor institutions, and the research recommended the importance of building skills among workers to carry out activities within the institution, and the necessity of work On the possession of some workers with the skills necessary to develop their performance, work on the availability of the necessary resources and capabilities within the environment surrounding the institution, and direct workers in activities that suit their abilities within the institution.
