Abstract

The study aimed to identify the impact of the effectiveness of the cognitive environmental program for the development of environmental ethics associated with natural resources in a sample of children in the basic education stage. The study sample consisted of (100) children (50) who were divided into an experimental group, and (50) as a control group. The study relied on the descriptive analytical approach and the quasi-experimental approach for its relevance to such studies, based on the following tools (environmental program, environmental ethics scale, quality of life scale).
After analyzing the results using appropriate statistical methods for the study variables, the results showed significant differences a statistic in the average scores Scale of the Ethics Environmental; For the experimental group, there is a difference between the pre-measurement and the post-measurement in favor of the post-measurement. There are statistically significant differences in the average scores of the scale quality of life, For the experimental group between the pre- and post-measurement in favor of the post-measurement.
