Abstract

The aim of the research is to identify the reality of the impact of the use of information technology and to determine the extent of the impact of the use of information technology on the performance of green human resources in the city's higher institutes. The descriptive and analytical method was used. The research community is represented by academics and administrators in the city's higher institutes. The comprehensive inventory method was used to count all the research items and their total number is 270 items, and 150 valid lists were obtained for statistical analysis. The primary data collected using the survey list was processed by some statistical methods.
The results showed that the impact of the use of information technology was at a high degree and that the performance of green human resources was at a medium degree, The research also found that there is an impact of the use of information technology on green training and development, and the absence of an impact of the use of information technology on (green employment - green performance evaluation). And that there is an impact of the dimensions of the use of information technology (hardware components - communication networks) on the performance of green human resources, and the absence of an impact of databases on the performance of green human resources.
