A PROPOSED FRAMEWORK TO ACTIVATE THE ROLE OF CRISIS MANAGEMENT USING ELECTRONIC CONTROL (A CASE STUDY OF EGYPT AIR)

Abstract

The study aimed to reach a "proposed framework for activating the role of crisis management using electronic control" In Egypt Air maintenance company for technical works A subsidiary of Egypt Air Holding Company, To achieve the objectives of the research, a questionnaire was designed and distributed to all officials and workers in the Department of Occupational Safety and Health of the Egypt Air Maintenance and Technical Works Company, Which performs the tasks Occupational safety and health and Environmental Affairs, which numbered (50) individuals. The researchers used the descriptive analytical approach to complete the study and statistical tests. Suitable for testing the validity of hypotheses and answering the questions of the study.
          The results of the study concluded that there is a direct statistically significant relationship between electronic control and reducing disasters and accidents, and there is a direct statistically significant relationship between electronic control and improving the work environment.
           The study recommends the need to take advantage of the proposed framework presented by the researchers to use electronic control systems to activate crisis management and reduce disasters and potential environmental accidents and to consider including crisis and risk management within the organizational structure of the company because of its importance in facing all potential crises and disasters.
