ECONOMIC AND SOCIAL ASSESSMENT FOR THE PARTICIPATION OF PRIVATE SECTOR IN REHABILITATION OF COMPANIES CLUBS ACASE STUDY ON RAIL WAY CLUB

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to highlight the advantages of investment in the clubs of the sports companies in the Arab Republic of Egypt to develop sports work, taking into consideration the administrative and security dimensions in light of the problems surrounding the establishment of sports activities and activities which result in security problems multiplied in the light of the lack of talented administrative staff to run the clubs. The study community is composed of members of the board of directors and presidents of the Railroad Club during the ten years from 2007 until 2017, and their number (312) members, and the sample was limited to (150) The descriptive analytical approach through social survey with the use of the questionnaire as a tool for data collection. The second assumption: This means that the state maintains what we call the minimum standard of living. The third assumption: It must be borne in mind, however, that everything provided by a State is always linked to its resources and possibilities. The fourth assumption: The NGOs, an important outcome of this study: determining the priorities of privatization clubs sports, solving the problems of financial clubs success privatization, and solve the problems of marketing clubs that prevent the success of privatization. The administrative dimensions that are very important for the privatization of sports clubs in Egypt are: Provide moral incentives for employees in privatized clubs to implement privatization procedures and policies, and provide financial support by large companies and banks for sports clubs privatized in return for advertising, marketing and marketing of their products and services. . One of the recommendations is the gradual privatization of sports clubs for companies, with the start of privatization of sports activities popular as football, and other sports activities less popular. Preparing in-depth feasibility studies to study the methods of success of the project of privatization of sports clubs for companies and how to invest in them.
