The study also defines the differences between the two sexes and the impact of the family environment and intelligence rate, exploring also the factors responsible for increasing the IQ, besides defining the cultural, occupational, and economic factors of the family that affect socialization. The study is applied on a purposed sample of (200) early stage children’ mothers and their children (100 children – 100 mothers) divided equally into (50 urban persons – 50 slum persons). There is no significant statistical difference between average scores of the two sexes regarding their intelligence level; while there is a significant statistical relationship between occupational position of the father and the economic level of the family and children’ IQ.
