Abstract

Tourism is one of the most important sectors of development. The main element  in establishing this activity is to achieve integration and integration with the weather, culture and nature in the surrounding area. This makes the tourist experience an environmental experience based on the characteristics of the place and deepening the understanding of the site's environmental system in order to preserve its characteristics and nature. Tourism to the environment has positive and negative effects, as well as what is happening to the pleasure of man and provide tourist attraction for the establishment of various tourism activities, but tourism may have negative effects on the environment as well as have positive effects, and aimed at the study of social evaluation The study depended on the analytical descriptive method using a questionnaire for visitors and citizens, and an interview guide for the experts. The study concluded that there is a need for environmental tourism projects in Matrouh and Fayoum governorates. A statistically significant relationship between eco-tourism projects and the social development of natural areas, and the occurrence of social and cultural changes for areas that have environmental tourism components. The importance of environmental culture within the educational system at all levels and levels, to facilitate the movement of internal tourism in order to identify the natural areas of the country to support eco-tourism.
