Test, frequencies, percentages, the coefficient correlations. The study comes to these results: there are reasons and factors lead to youth declination of working in agriculture, for instance, the social reasons are embodied in the lack stable income, retreat of state to support agriculture, and confinement of agricultural patch. So, they seek immigration to work in city or abroad as job opportunity is rare. Beside, girls refuse to marry to a temporary farmer. The psychological factors are crystallized in youth’s fear of the future if they work in agriculture, as feel insecure and incapable of achieving their ambitions. Results indicate that anxiety rate has been high in the Lower Egypt than the Upper Egypt which motivates them to search working in plants, companies or in the government rather than working in agriculture; since the state neglects their demands and needs.
