Abstract

The current research tackles the most important contemporary social and physical challenges confronting police officers and officers and their impact on security performance. There is a confirmed correlation shown by many studies between the achievement of security and the individuals' Business. The research was based on a sample of police officers and officers in different security bodies, consisting of (340) officers and police officers, (267) males and (73) females. This percentage was determined on the basis of (10%) of the total number of officers Police officers. The researchers used the analytical descriptive method using the random sample method on a questionnaire to identify the most important social and physical challenges and measure the performance in the security work in order to collect information and data from police leaders about their attitudes, attitudes and paths in order to achieve security work by. The research found that there are challenges facing police officers and officers such as the large number of tasks assigned to them, lack of time to take care of their families, and their main orientation towards the service of citizens and members of society, which they consider to be their main concern. As the police service is directed mainly at the service of society, The study also recommended the need to involve the members of the society in social responsibility for security, to build a good basis between the police and the community, and to provide the necessary facilities for officers, especially females, to carry out their duties. The security services and the necessity of their cooperation.
