THE ROLE OF ENVIRONMENTAL CULTURE IN DEVELOPMENT OF CREATIVE BEHAVIOR AMONG A SAMPLE OF EMPLOYEES IN THE PUBLIC ORGANIZATION FOR PALACES OF CULTURE

This study aimed to identify the level of both Environmental Culture and creative behavior among employees of the General Organization for cultural palaces, and the search for a relationship between Environmental Culture and creative behavior to achieve this researcher is designing a questionnaire was distributed to a sample of 400 the Employee in 26 cultural sites in Cairo, a researcher has used some descriptive statistics and analytically methods for the analysis of the results of the study and test assumptions, the study concluded that the level of environmental culture among workers average degree came on total dimensions' questionnaire Environmental Culture in average (2.32), as well as the level of creative behavior moderately came also average (2.26) The results also showed a correlation between Environmental Culture and creative behavior total correlation (0.810) abstract level (0.01), and statistical function differences between males and females in the level of Environmental Culture for females where average females larger than the average male, as well as differences between males and females in the level of creative behavior for females where the average female is larger than the average male As well as the study proved that there is a moral influence to three dimensions of environmental cultural dimensions (environmental participatory culture – a culture of environmental protection-sustainable development culture), the previous three dimensions together show that the change in creative behavior (dependent variable) by 66.7% due to these three dimensions together, and 33.3% changes in creative behavior due to random error or other factors.
The study was presented a set of recommendations of which include training programmers in Center for cultural leadership of the General Organization for cultural palaces, on developments in the global environment and ways of customization and interaction with the environment, and work on seminars and meetings urging environmental culture among workers because of their positive role in the development of creative behavior.
