Abstract
The present study aims at revealing the deal marriage as a crime; this marriage is a marriage of a young girl to an old man and this is done legally within Egyptian society, as the husband could be elderly holding Egyptian nationality or of any Arab country, but he owns the money that tempt the girl's family to fulfill this marriage. Deal marriage has numerous forms like the enjoyment marriage, Al-Misyaar and customary marriage that make it become the worst kinds exceeding limits of human trafficking, using the guise of religion as it leads to the spread out of many sexually transmitted diseases such as gonorrhea and the AIDS because it occurs between different nationalities in negligence for the medical examination procedures should be fulfilled before marriage. All international charters have prohibited the practice of slavery in all its forms and manifestations, being stated in Article IV of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights claiming that "No one shall be held in slavery or excluded and that slavery or servitude are prohibited and so slavery trade is also prohibited in all their forms".
The current study is interested in the analysis and understanding of the nature of the conduct of self-trafficking in a group of ladies experienced the experiment of the deal marriage. The current study sample consists eight cases, four women from the countryside (Hawamdia city), village of Manawat and four others representing urban city of Hawamdia. The most important findings of study through application of Al-Rorchakh Test and physical and social environment analysis scale show that the qualitative analysis indicates that the responses of the researched women are somewhat varied due to their young age, which is an indication of lack of awareness and lack of movement and colors responses, reflecting their suffering from psychological problems and conflicts that came evident in several cards. We noted that most of the responses are represented in animals and this is due to the rural environment in which they lived in; it also seemed clear in emotional turmoil relationship toward the mother, and upset relations with all members of the family, or in the intimate relationship with the spouse, and hostile feelings toward the father, reflecting the Oedipus state. All cases agree upon suffering from loneliness, isolation and rejection from others, and evasion of responsibility, and the expression of anxiety feelings in general, the ability to face reality and get out of the conflict, feeling of dissatisfaction, a negative look, pessimistic about life, and about the man who is in their lives, in addition to dissatisfaction and conflicts concerning sexuality.
