Abstract

It came this study to reveal control methods, both formal and non-formal schools in middle school, and their role in achieving compliance with the students, and to create an atmosphere conducive to excel, so the students are affected by the exercise of management authority to exercise dictatorship or democracy or chaotic loose, and this is because of the different control methods which are used to achieve that goal, but the different educational leaders in terms of their skills and their attributes, and their perception of the needs of students and their problems and how to deal with it, and its impact on the compliance of the students in order to achieve academic excellence desired. It is a theme of social control a strong and growing interest by scientists and researchers because of its importance, because he is considered a factor in behavior as it is a social process involving several factors determine human behavior and group seizes the actions of its members. The school in the modern era is the school tool with a mandate to socialization task, and took it upon themselves to do those jobs that the family failed to do, and then interest in them has increased as a body of social control as they complete what it started the other institutions of the educational business tool, and a tool correction of errors education that might be committed by other systems in the community, and a tool for coordinating the efforts of social systems (Abdullah Rashdan, 1999.128).
