This search includes the case study (Elcorba) in Heliopolis region it featured with its heritage areas and architectural buildings with a unique architectural style (Elcorba) one of the oldest regions which established at the beginning of Heliopolis district at 1906 the most beautiful distinguishes ( Elcorba) that all altitudes buildings particularly the heritage does not exceed two floors or three but recently the region witnessed many pictures of amendments to those buildings causing negative impact on the visual image of the region leads us to many cases of urban deterioration the search includes an urbanism studies of the region (urban fabric- hit buildings – cases of the region – uses of the buildings – urban value – architectural urban value ) the search analysis the region problems because one of the elements of the development is sustainability and the most impotent applications in the field of architectural and construction.
