Abstract

The study aimed at: measuring the impact of a mobile learning training program on the development of environmental decision-making among educational leaders. The study was based on the descriptive and semi-experimental approach using one set of educational leaders, numbering 46 leadership, and relied on two tools to measure the impact of the training program, namely the achievement test, and the measure of the skill of environmental decision-making after ascertaining their suitability for application through the application of honesty and consistency procedures for them.
The most important findings of the study were to confirm the validity of the study's assumptions, which confirmed the significant impact of the training program, and the existence of statistically significant differences between the tribal and dimensional application of both the achievement test and the measure of decision-making skill, in favor of the dimensional application, at the level of significance (0.05) between the average grades of educational leaders.
The study recommends the need to pay attention to the use of such applications, especially in the current circumstances of the country and all countries of the world from the impact of the Corona pandemic until the training processes are final.
