Abstract

The general objective of this research is an evaluation study of the role of the Ministry of Manpower to increase employment opportunities and address financial and administrative problems to achieve sustainable development A study was conducted in the field of the ministry with regard to employment opportunities and how the job opportunities were increased and unemployment was reached to% and that is in terms of a critical study between companies committed to opportunities Real work in order to reach an integrated framework that clarifies globally the topic of increasing job opportunities and addressing financial and administrative problems in order to achieve a goal of sustainable development.
The research was based on the field survey method for a sample of professors from the Faculty of Commerce, Accounting Department
A selection of professors from the Institute of Studies and Research, the environment. The sample rate was 100 individuals. They were randomly chosen with the use of some statistical methods that included the spss statistical program. And the logistic linearity for testing the imposition of research
1- There is a strong correlation between job reliability and how to tackle financial and administrative problems and its relationship to sustainable development
2- The presence of statistically significant differences at the moral level., .5.,. Between the eyes with all the dimensions of the scale in favor of tackling financial and administrative problems and achieving sustainable development. Therefore, we accept the second hypothesis of the study.
