Abstract

This study aimed to identify research in the role of human capital as one of the characteristics of environmental management systems in national projects.
To achieve this goal, the researchers relied on theoretical rooting through the inductive approach, from Arabic and foreign books, references and studies, Then conducting a field study by designing a survey list for the doctor, assistant teachers, employees, administrators, researchers, and specialists at the Institute of Higher Studies for Childhood.
The study was concerned with identifying deficiencies in the application of the different ecosystems related to the subject of the study, and the descriptive analytical method was used through a questionnaire form as a main tool for the study by faculty, administrators and workers. And their number (195) forms that were distributed, and the number of valid forms (151) form.
The most important results of the study are that the study demonstrated that the value of the Alpha Cronbach coefficient is high for the total questionnaire, as it reached the Alpha Cronbach method (0.950), while the mid-way segmentation amounted to (0.888). 0.697) and after the application of ecosystems (0.906) and mid-range segmentation (0878). Because of the role of human capital in the application of environmental systems, it was (0.918) and for the mid-term segmentation (0.886), where the results were close between the two methods, the Alpha Cronbach and the mid-point segmentation.
The researchers recommend paying attention to human capital, as it is an intangible and vital element in the application of environmental management systems for its various activities, and guidance for developing strategic plans to invest human capital and interact with the elements of the organization’s culture to reach the set goals.
